Payments & Agreements
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final settlements, will be outlined in your specific project contract. Standard projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. All payments must be made promptly according to the agreed-upon schedule to avoid delays in project delivery.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will receive appropriate licenses or ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your contract. Until final payment is received, FREEX retains all intellectual property rights to the work produced. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
FREEX strives to deliver high-quality, bug-free products. However, we cannot guarantee that our services or resulting applications will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services or deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms laid out in the specific contract. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
